REGISTRATION
To registrate, you must fill the registration form clicking on the folowing link. After your registration, you'll be member of private surfshop, then you'll be able to access to our private sales. You will receive an invitation by email to participate to our private sales.
PROGRESS OF OUR SALES
Before the private sale starts, PRIVATE SURFSHOP will send you an warning email to announce that the sale has just started. Each private sale has a time limitation, so we recommand you to get connected as soon as the private sale has started. Regrettably, stocks are also limited !
I WANT TO ORDER
To buy a product, click the button "Buy now".
You can choose further options, size, color, additional guarantees if necessary... before adding the product in your cart. In your cart, you may remove a product or change its quantity, then you may calculate the exact amount clickink the button "Update cart".
To check out, click on the button "check out", then follow the check out process.
You may choose, during the check process, a different shipping address that the one of your place of residence.
DELIVERY
PRIVATE SURFSHOP delivers orders in Europe, and Switzerlan .
The delivery period is included between 2 to 4 weeks except special mention. An advice of dispatch will be sent to you by e-mail. You can follow the state of your order in your account. We recommend you to give a delivery address where you will be present at the working hours to receive the parcel.
I WISH TO CANCELL MY ORDER
You have a 7 days period after the reception of your order to cancel it. PRIVATE SURFSHOP will refund you the cost of the product(s) you bought. Only the costs of shipping are at your expenses. For that purpose, you have to warn, first of all, PRIVATE SURFSHOP by e-mail at retour@private-surfshop.com, mentioning your number of order.
PRIVATE SURFSHOP will give you, after the acceptance of return, a number of return as well as a mailing address of return.
Then, you will have to send back to Private surfshop your order within 7 days after the reception of your order at the return address PRIVATE SURFSHOP will have given you by e-mail.
Products must be put back in the original packing, not used or damaged with all the secondary accessories accompanied with the invoice of sale, the number of return mentioned on the envelope.
ERROR OF COMMAND
In the case of reception of a not corresponding order, you have 48h to contact PRIVATE SURFSHOP by e-mail at retour@private-surfshop.com mentioning the error or the non-compliance of the order. Private Surfshop will attribute you a number of return. From this sending, you have a period delay of 7 working days to send the parcel joined by the invoice.It must be returned in its original packing, must not have been used, or damaged.
MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED
If your parcel seems damaged, you have to refuse it (opened parcel or damaged). In that case, you have to indicate the damages in a explicit way , detailed and dated on the delivery order and warn PRIVATE SURFSHOP of it by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 working days. Any complaint made outside this delay or not respecting the description above cannot be taken into account.
The delivery is considered as made from provision of the product ordered at the address indicated by the customer.
SPONSORSHIP
By sponsoring your friends, you earn 5 euro of purchase voucher after the first purchase of your godchildren. A godchild is a person who is not already registered on PRIVATE SURFSHOP. A purchase voucher is nominative, you may use it only once and it is not cumulable. Only one purchase voucher can be used by order. You can follow the number and the state of your purechase vouchers in the page " My account ".
In case your godchild would cancel his order; your purchase vouchers would not be valid anymore.
